### Damien Philippon - CEO & Co-founder

25+ years of experience transforming businesses through technology.

- Started career at Atos, spending 10 years including 2 years in India leading software development and ERP/CRM implementations
- Co-founded Magellan Partners in 2008, a management consulting firm he grew until 2015
- Co-founded Zelros in 2016 with Fabien, serving as CEO through the company's acquisition by Earnix in 2025
- Graduate of CentraleSupélec (Master of Engineering, Electrical and Electronics)
- Lived and worked in France, India, and Canada

### Fabien Vauchelles - CTO & Co-founder

20+ years of experience in product design and software development.

- Holds a dual degree from Université Paris-Sud in Engineering and Master Research in Distributed Systems
- Serial entrepreneur with three companies founded including Zelros
- Served as CTO of Zelros for six years, building the AI platform from scratch
- Internationally recognized expert in AI, distributed systems, and data science
- Speaker at conferences in 15+ countries
- Creator of Scrapoxy, a popular open-source web scraping tool
