My parent doesn't know how to use a smartphone

No problem. Agely is accessible through voice. No screen, no menu, no button. 2 options are possible. Agely interacts with your parent through phone calls, or you install the Agely app on their smartphone, you launch it, Agely is activated.

This is extremely intrusive and indiscreet

Your parent decides exactly what they want to share. At any time, your parent can decline a topic, pause a routine, stop. Consent and dignity are non-negotiable principles of how Agely works. And that's the condition for it to work over time.

What data is kept?

We are GDPR compliant. You can request the deletion of your data at any time. Data is neither resold nor used to improve our software. The data we keep is what helps us understand your parent's context and personalize reminders, conversations and coordination.

Do you replace the nurse or the home care worker?

Agely replaces no one. On the contrary, Agely amplifies what already exists: your home care worker, the family doctor, the nurse. Agely coordinates with them and does not substitute for anyone. The human bond stays central, and that's our motto “Care is human. We amplify it.”
