Frequently asked questions

My loved one doesn't know how to use a smartphone

No problem. Everything happens by voice: nothing to type, no menu to work through. You install the Agely app on their smartphone, or you put Agely on a smart speaker in the living room. From then on they open it whenever they want and talk the way they always have. You set it all up beforehand, so there is nothing left for them to configure.

This is extremely intrusive and indiscreet

Your loved one decides exactly what they want to share. At any time, they can decline a topic, pause a routine, stop. Consent and dignity are non-negotiable principles of how Agely works. And that's the condition for it to work over time.

What data is kept?

We are GDPR compliant. You can request the deletion of your data at any time. Data is neither resold nor used to improve our software. The data we keep is what helps us understand your loved one's context and personalize reminders, conversations and coordination.

How much does it cost?

The subscription stays simple: it covers up to five people, couples included. The first families who work with us do not pay for it. See the full pricing on the Families page.

Do you replace the nurse or the home care worker?

Agely replaces no one. On the contrary, Agely amplifies what already exists: your home care worker, the family doctor, the nurse. Agely coordinates with them and does not substitute for anyone. The human bond stays central, and that's our motto: “Link is human. We amplify it.”
